To become a corporate sponsor for the team a swimmer's family must have the Corporate Sponsorship Form and Donation submitted to Jennifer Scerbo - 11685 Gate Post Lane, Chardon, Ohio  44024.  To have their logo on the team t-shirt the corporate sponsor must have the business logo to Jennifer by October 6, 2010.    A thank you letter with the Tax ID will be sent to the sponsor upon reciept of the donation.
