You will be helping ALL swimmers line up in the clerk of course and transporting them to the blocks.  You will be on deck for the duration of the meet.  Report on deck at 11:30 am.

To stand on bulk head during the 8 and Under 25 yard races so you can make sure all the kids are in the right lanes and ready to go.  The four of you will work together so you are not standing the whole time- rotating on and off the bulk head.  Report on deck at 11:30 am

You will be watching all the 10 and under swimmers on the second level of SPIRE.  You will make sure that the swimmers get on deck at the right time.  You will walk them down to the Clerk of Course.  You will make sure the assigned area stays clean and try to keep kids from wandering off without their parents.  Report on deck at 10:30 am then move to 2nd floor GO area for duration of the meet.

Timers will be rotating all day into different lanes to give the other team’s timers a break for lunch.  Report on deck at 11:30 am.

 You will help set up food in the morning and assist throughout the day.  We will have someone at the door to make sure that food does not leave the room and only volunteers with wrist bands enter the room.  Report to Hospitality Room at 9:30 am.

Take admission fees and sell heat sheets.  Will report at 9:30 am and work until admissions traffic decreases.

Raffle Table

Assist with set up of the raffle table and sales as necessary.  Relieve Jennifer or Suzy for breaks.  Report to raffle table at 9:30 am

Hand out volunteer wristbands and check in all the volunteers.  Work until all volunteers have check in.  Report at 9am to volunteer check in.

Will stand at each entry to the aquatics building and direct the crowds to the second level or answer questions. Report to the doors at 9:30 am and work until traffic slows – most likely 1:00pm.

Will take turns circulating on the second floor during the meet.  Encouraging all teams to eat at tables, not run around and assisting with other team questions as needed. All teams will have 4 parent volunteers sitting with their swimmers so you will just need to talk to those parents.  Report to second floor at 10:30 am and work the duration of the meet.

2 volunteers will be assigned to each entry on to the pool deck.  It will be your job to make sure that no one enters the pool deck unless they are a volunteer or swimmers.  The 2 volunteers at each end can cover each other for breaks.  Report to pool at 10:30 am and work the duration of the meet.

Will assist with placing stickers on all the awards.  Report to pool deck at 10:30 and work the duration of the meet and after the meet until all the ribbons/medals have stickers.

Assistants to Kim and Jodi to help run the meet.  This will be a catch all position depending on what ever comes up.  Arrive on deck at 10:30 am.  Work duration of meet or until not needed.

Run the meet on Meet Manager (Diffenbacher and Pinckard if possible).  Will be trained how to run reports and print labels.
