Registration

To register for the Geauga YMCA Otters Swim Team, swimmers must :

• Meet the minimum group placement requirements

• Become a full member of the Geauga YMCA - call 440-285-7543 for current youth membership rate information (only the swimmer needs to be a member)

• Review the Geauga Otters Handbook                                                                               

• Complete the following forms and send to Kim Marra 115 Tinkers Trail, Chardon, Ohio 44024

  • Check made payable to John Marra for Team Fee according to group placement

  • Photography Release Form

  • Acknowledgement that your family read the Otter Handbook.

  • Swim Team Information Form
